Comparative study of international models for an amicable dispute resolution committee, assessing strategic alignment, operational sustainability, community reconciliation, and legal rights.
Ejada conducted a comparative study to support the Emirate of the Eastern Province in establishing a committee for amicable dispute resolution within the corporate sector.
The study analyzed alternative institutional models against four criteria the Emirate needed satisfied simultaneously: strategic alignment, operational sustainability, community reconciliation, and the protection of legal rights — the tension between speed and due process being the core design question.
Led a comprehensive sustainability strategic plan for the Dumat Al Jandal development, including Mostadam commercial green building certification across a 240,000 m² area.
